Proposed Revisions on Arkansas' Impaired Waterbodies List (303d List)

The Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) is proposing to revise its Impaired Waterbodies List (commonly called the 303d List) in order to incorporate new guidelines from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The ADEQ will accept written comments on the proposed list until March 22, 2005.
